This Spring 2026 Trainee position is from the January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 to June 26th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule) and all candidates must be able to work 35 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This type of opportunity will jump-start your career and prepare you for a career in the desired field. This is not a remote role. A hybrid work option may or may not be available.
SPC Operations oversees all billing and film revenue collected from theaters and sub distributors. We work with film buyers and theater owners to collect box office reports, then create deposits, and apply film revenue to the respective accounts.
Responsibilities:
Entering box office reports
Support operations team with creating deposits
Assist with collecting invoice back up
Daily office tasks
Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Proficient skills in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain organizational skills while handling multiple projects at one time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with finance/accounting or billing
