This Spring 2026 Trainee position is from the January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 to June 26th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This type of opportunity will jump-start your career and prepare you for a career in the desired field. This is not a remote role. A hybrid work option may or may not be available.
The Casting Department handles all in-house casting for SPA features and TV series. We typically function as in-house casting, and occasionally oversee hiring and support for project-based Casting Directors.
Responsibilities:
Organize, sort, and store auditions; source and edit audio clips for presentations.
Work with talent and productions to schedule recording sessions.
Update and edit Cast Lists.
General administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience in production, casting, or as an assistant
Background in showmanship/storytelling is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in film, TV, animation, comedy, and pop culture
Can work independently on assignments
Excellent communication skills
Able to learn and use new software with ease.
