Based in our vibrant London office, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports seven key categories of goods and services, including Technology, Professional Services, Corporate Services/Facilities, Travel, Marketing, Production, and Content Distribution.
As a Procurement Graduate, you will work cross-functionally in an agile sourcing model, serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise-wide projects that drive value, cost savings, process improvement, and supplier excellence. Your main focuses will be on Marketing, Production, Professional Services, and Content Distribution.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in analysing data sets, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting data in a suitable format. While an understanding of procurement and related activities such as spend/proposal analysis, negotiation, and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes is advantageous, it is not required. Flexibility and the ability to connect with different teams are essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues across various countries and departments.
What you'll do:
You will assist with and take ownership of several projects to help ensure our partner's procurement requirements are met. This will include:
- Capturing stakeholder requirements
- Designing and running Request for Proposal (RFP) processes
- Engaging and negotiating with potential vendors
- Analysing and evaluating vendor proposals
- Presenting to and engaging with collaborators
- Awarding business to vendors and drafting the related contract documents.
As the Procurement Graduate Trainee, you will work with a variety of team members across internal business units (such as the Motion Picture Group (MPG) and Home Entertainment and TV Distribution) as well as those in different territories (EMEA, LATAM, North America).
What you have:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- You are Research-focused and analytical
- Ability to analyse data sets (e.g. supplier proposals) to find trends and useful observations and provide options/recommendations based on the data
- Curiosity to ask questions, an appetite to gain new skills/knowledge
- A thoughtful and motivated team player
- Enjoy working with cross functional teams
- Structured, with the ability to prioritise whilst delivering numerous projects to the expected quality and required timescales.
- Presentation skills with the ability to present complex analysis and data to a range of stakeholders in succinct and engaging way
- Personable and persuasive communicator when building relationships internally and externally, across different seniority levels
- Have strong numerate literacy and great attention to detail when carrying our procurement processes and analysing vendor proposals
- Some experience with Microsoft 365 applications, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Ideally have an affinity for movies, television, entertainment, media, and content creation.
What you'll learn:
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement process in a large international production company.
- How to support various Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. For example, capturing information from suppliers to evaluate proposals, carrying out analysis of pricing proposals, compiling decks to compare proposals etc.
- Learning to analyse Supplier Spend data and presenting this in well-structured PowerPoint slides
- Project management skills
- Assisting with the delivery of projects to a high standard and to varying timescales
- Specific industry and market knowledge (e.g. Entertainment & Film)
- Specific category knowledge (e.g. marketing, production)
- Stakeholder management – learning to interact with a wide range of business collaborators:
- Negotiation skills and an understanding of contracts.
- Financial acumen e.g. understanding of key cost drivers and the impact on total cost
Hiring Process

- Assessment Centre: If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend our assessment centre, face to face in our London, Paddington office on Wednesday 20th August 2025. (Please note that this date is fixed, and we are not able to accommodate separate interviews. This is to maintain a fair process for all candidates. You must be able to travel to our office at your own expense for the assessment centre).
- Final Interviews: Final stage interviews will be conducted via Teams calls no longer than two weeks after the assessment centre.
