ID da oferta JR106166 Candidatar-se Exibir vagas salvasThe Vice President, Finance is responsible for leading the FinancialPlanning and Analysis and Treasury functions for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. This role is designed for a highly motivatedindividual who demonstrates a passion for driving results. They will provide hands-onleadership, implementing best practices, business policies, and internal controls to safeguardthe company’s assets and ensure excellence in all facets of financial operations.
They will be a strategic business partner to the CFO and highly visible thought leader to theentire executive team. They must be a collaborative problem-solver, who not onlyunderstands the numbers but also the broader business context around them. To besuccessful this individual must be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams aswell as with members of senior leadership to provide critical information and partnership.
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and profitability
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, bridging companystrategy to operational tactics and financial outcomes
Provide insights into market trends and internal metrics to support data-drivendecision-making.
Drive financial discipline across the organization by working closely with leaders toprovide visibility and hold teams accountable
Oversee cash management and banking activities for the company
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving for efficiency and scalability
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to foster excellence,accountability, collaboration and transparency
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including our parent company,financial institutions, and key vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of finance and leadership experience
Restaurant industry experience is highly preferred
Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and analysis
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
