This Summer/Fall Trainee position is from May/June through December 12th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for entry-level talent or recent graduates interested in jump-starting their career in a particular field.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The Global IT Production Service team (ITPS) is responsible for the support and administration of a portfolio of products focused on Motion Pictures and Television Physical Production life cycle from Pre-Production through Post-Production. Offering day-to-day operational and technical support to production administration and production crew.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Product Management Trainee for IT Production Services will assist the global ITPS team in day-to-day production support. Triaging ticket and service requests from ongoing projects.
- Help create product support documentation (user guides, knowledge base articles, process flows, etc.)
- Attend and participate in product team meetings to deliver support updates
- Work with BA to help document requirements from our business stakeholders.
- Work with Product Manager to capture support trends and translate into product improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, is able translate technical requirements to IT and non IT stakeholders
- Thrives in a highly collaborative environment
- Analytical and critical thinking skills. Can develop a deep understanding of user needs and experience to deliver product improvements on their behalf.
- Recently graduated from an accredited college or university
- Holds a degree in engineering, business, or relevant field of study
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or tech support roles
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with industry standard applications like Box, Entertainment Partners or Digital Media Asset Management Software
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development best practices
- Interest or prior experience with UX/UI design and/or design software
