The Manager will plan and execute initiatives; analyze current-state processes and systems; identify improvement opportunities; build business cases; develop recommendations; and support implementation of practical, value-added solutions. Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned finance transformation projects and workstreams, including process optimization, reporting improvements, system-enabled change, data-driven enhancements, and finance technology efforts.
Drive day-to-day execution by coordinating workplans, meetings, deliverables, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items with team members and stakeholders.
Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to map current-state systems, processes, and workflows; identify pain points; and develop future-state recommendations.
Build business cases, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, cost-benefit considerations, implementation options, expected business value, and tradeoffs.
Develop project materials such as process maps, gap analyses, timelines, RAID logs, agendas, status updates, executive presentations, and recommendation documents.
Facilitate working sessions and project meetings by clarifying objectives, decisions, owners, and next steps.
Collaborate with technical teams on Finance requirements, solution design, reporting needs, data considerations, testing, and implementation planning.
Evaluate and apply relevant finance technology solutions, including analytics, workflow automation, SAP-based tools, visualization platforms, data platforms, AI-enabled tools, and agentic AI capabilities.
Support Director- and VP-led initiatives where broader strategy, executive sponsorship, or cross-functional alignment requires senior oversight.
Maintain governance routines, status reporting, decision logs, stakeholder communications, benefit tracking, KPI development, and post-implementation assessment.
Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change impacts; support mitigation planning and change management activities, including communications, training support, adoption tracking, and readiness.
Build relationships across Finance, Technology, and business teams; structure problems, synthesize inputs, evaluate options, and present progress, findings, risks, and recommendations.
Provide day-to-day direction, work-product review, and informal coaching to analysts or junior contributors assigned to the same initiative.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, tools, templates, lessons learned, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting, reporting, analytics, finance processes, and related systems.
Demonstrated ability to structure problems, analyze information, build business cases, develop insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics and develop clear presentations.
Strong project management and facilitation skills, including prioritization, timeline management, risk and issue tracking, and action-item follow-through.
Experience working with Technology teams or supporting system-, data-, or process-enabled initiatives.
Curiosity and self-directed learning mindset around emerging technology, including AI, workflow automation, analytics, and agentic AI use cases in Finance.
Experience providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, or work-product review for analysts or junior contributors preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
