General Summary:
The Ad Sales Creative Planner will work in close collaboration with the Account Managers/Executive Southern Cone and the Brand Parnerships team in putting together branded content proposals, Sponsorships and linear and digital content for the company's advertisers. You will be responsible for staying up to date with the media and content landscape by assisting in the management and implementation of these projects. It is a role that will be related to several areas of the company: Brand Partnerships, Strategy, Marketing, Digital, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, Emerging Business among others. 70% Argentina / 30% Chile.
Responsibilities: 
70%
•    Works with Account Managers/ Executives to develop media planning Creative strategy for SPT's advertisers and prospects from Argentina and Chile.
•    Maintain a Calendar of Linear and Digital Sponsorship opportunities.
•    Follow-up of budgets and strategies for Linear and Digital.
•    Created Ad Sales Highlights to send in the monthly Newsletter for Advertisers and Agencies.
•    Develop client brief presentation working close with Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence, Emerging Business Teams.
•    Create strategy for Develop Digital packages: YT VIDEO + SOME + CRUNCHYROLL. 
•    Implementation of digital sponsorships. Assistance in scripts and talent management
•    Assists in presenting information to clients and prospects new leads.
•    Daily contact with Agencies and Advertisers in the development and implementation of Sponsorships or Content Creation.
•    Prepare research-based presentations for Digital, pre and post evaluation.
•    Prepare all post-campaign analysis of Branded Content 
•    Responsible for monitoring all Branded Content projects
•    Adjust presentations to promote SPT’s sponsorship opportunities locally.
•    Develop client brief presentation working close with Brand Parnetships Team.

•    Follow-up of budgets and strategies for Linear and Digital.
•    Generate Strategies for price policies.
•    Inventory strategy, Budget, and customer distribution.
•    Access to LANDMARK to generate daily reports.
•    Building client proposal and pricing (working closed with Ad Sales Services Team)
•    Control of agreements.
•    Prepare research-based presentations for entire sales team to use in client and agency meetings.
•    Organize research and competitive information of Media Landscape and SPT´s products.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
•    Good understanding of technologies and technical aspects used in advertising and reporting.
•    Experience in audiovisual and production formats. 
•    Excellent PowerPoint (idem Canva or presentation tools), Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
•    Excel:  formulas and pivot tables, etc.
•    Familiarity with Google Ads Manager.
•    English proficient.
•    Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines concurrently and stay flexible and professional under pressure.
•    Clear understanding of time-sensitivity around due dates of proposals.
•    Great attention to detail is a must.
•    Initiative and proactivity
•    Must be outgoing, organized, solution-oriented, a team player and a strategic thinker.
Experience:
•    5 years of experience in creative agencies, production, digital or branded content.
Education: 
•    A bachelor’s degree in Creativity, Communications, Digital media, or Marketing.
